We first started working with Lisa in mid-2020. She was the listing agent for a property we were considering in Gatlinburg, TN (potential rental investment). We met with her and discussed our plans as she showed the listing to us. Being new to this idea of renting and a potential rental business in a tourist area, she gave us some fantastic ideas and recommendations. That particular listing did not work out for us, but we kept in touch with Lisa. She kept an eye out for newer listings, and as luck would have it found exactly what we wanted in late 2020.

We were able to buy that listing and start our rental business in Gatlinburg. Since that time, we have added another rental using Lisa. I call or text her on a regular basis, asking advice or suggestions regarding the market and potential additions.
